Useful for light-luggage travelers heading into the city. KKIA lists Metro service from 06:00 until midnight.

Use the designated area.
KKIA publishes specific pickup points by terminal for ride-hailing and taxis.
Follow the app and KKIA signage to the assigned pickup area. At several terminals KKIA identifies specific arrival-floor columns for app pickups.
Use the airport taxi pickup area shown by KKIA. Do not treat a person approaching you in arrivals as automatically being an official taxi service.
For app rides, check the driver name, vehicle and plate shown in your app before getting in.
What to avoid
Common transport mistakes.
These are especially useful for first-time international visitors arriving tired after a flight.
Unsolicited rides
Do not follow someone simply because they approach you offering transport. Use KKIA's designated taxi/ride-hailing areas or a pre-arranged licensed driver.
Ignoring the taxi meter
For regulated taxis, TGA passenger-rights guidance requires the fare meter to be operated at the start of the trip. Do not replace the official metered process with an informal negotiated fare.
Getting into the wrong app car
Confirm the plate and driver against your booking. If the details do not match, do not enter the vehicle.
Searching only “Riyadh Convention Center”
Kingdom of Gaming is at RECC Malham. Save the exact venue before event day so you are not routed to a different exhibition center.
Assuming Metro reaches Malham
The Metro is excellent for the airport and much of Riyadh, but RECC Malham is not a Metro station. Plan a road-transfer final leg.
Relying on normal traffic estimates
Major events can create queues around Malham. Allow extra time for road traffic, security and pickup coordination.
Taxi passenger rights
The meter matters.
Saudi Transport General Authority guidance lists operating the taxi fare meter when the trip starts as a driver obligation.
TGA's taxi-rate guidance also states that the trip is free if the taxi fare meter is not operating. Because rates can be updated, KOG26 does not publish a fixed fare table here; check the current official taxi-rate sticker or TGA guidance.
Using Riyadh Metro
Useful in the city, but not the final leg to KOG26.
The airport is connected to Riyadh's Metro network, including airport stations on the Yellow Line.

KKIA lists Metro access from the terminals with current operating hours of 06:00–00:00.
Moving around Riyadh
The Metro can reduce dependence on road transport for many central Riyadh destinations and works well when your hotel is near a station.
Metro → RECC
There is no Metro station at RECC Malham. Unless the event confirms a shuttle, use road transport for the final part of the journey.
