Kingdom of Gaming's official Builder page now sets out a 60% international mix target, 50 startups targeted for visibility and a more structured business programme around meetings, investment and market access.

The planned matchmaking system includes pre-event profile setup, AI-powered match suggestions, advance scheduling of one-to-one meetings, messaging and post-event follow-up support.

The organizer now names four deal-focused areas: Investment Quarter, Startup & Saudi Showcase, Academy Showcase and Launchpad. It also lists hands-on workshops with tools including Unity and Unreal Engine.

Current content themes include investment and ownership, AI, ecosystem building, creator development and the craft and technology of play. The full programme and complete speaker lineup are still marked as coming soon, so exact session times are not yet being added to the KOG26 timetable.

Fresh coverage published on 27 September adds more detail on the Kingdom of Gaming programme, including the KoG Academy, investor-focused meetings and a PUBG MOBILE creator showcase.

Arab News reports that the KoG Academy will include workshops and training, networking sessions, investor meetings and executive roundtables. It also reports a Made in the Kingdom programme supported by Unreal Engine, where creators can develop and showcase their work.

The same report says PUBG MOBILE will bring its World of Wonder creator ecosystem to the event and showcase content from Saudi student creators on the show floor. The official Kingdom of Gaming site separately confirms that curated meetings, investor programming, education, creator activity and career pathways are part of the event's current positioning.

What is still missing: a full Academy timetable, individual workshop times and detailed creator-session scheduling have not yet been published on the official event homepage, so KOG26 is not treating those as confirmed schedule entries yet.

Kingdom of Gaming has confirmed Savvy Games Group, Ubisoft and Roblox as its first Global Gaming Leaders for the inaugural Riyadh event.

Tuwaiq Academy, NEOM and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are named as Founding Partners. Additional participating organizations include PUBG MOBILE, Unreal Engine, Tencent Cloud, Impact46 and Merak Capital.

The latest launch material also says the event will feature 200+ speakers across four stages, with programming spanning investment, publishing, game development, emerging technology, talent and esports. Confirmed names include Sir Ian Livingstone CBE, Julien Merceron, Saifi Ismail, Riley Russell and Omer Faruk Gungor.
